Perfect for anyone using the Cokin A series filter system and likes to travel. I have used Cokin filters for years but have noticed that, for travelers and outdoor photographers, dust still managed to get inside the hard plastic cases they come with. Once that happens a hard plastic case offers little protection from scratching. The filter wallet solves that problem by adding soft felt lined pockets to protect your filters. In addition to 7 filter pockets there is enough room for a few additional adapter rings for those who use several lenses.

Comments about Cokin Filter Wallet for "A" Series with 7 Pockets:
This is a well made wallet, but its shape and size makes it difficult to fit into my camera bag, and I use a pretty large one: the Domke F2. It does come with a strap, but I don't need more things hanging from my neck, and it also can attach to the outside of the back with a strong velcro strap, but I didn't want something outside of the bag. Perhaps I'm just too particular. I had originally thought it would collapse, since the filters themselves are flat, but the zippered closure mechanism prevents this.
It fits the filters very well, but has little room for anything else, like the frame lens adapters, or the frame itself. I'm not using this right now simply because I couldn't get it to fit in the bag with my lenses and bodies. Instead, I'm using one of the larger Tamrac cloth filter wallets, only because it is fairly flat, it can even hold the filter frame (barely) and I can slip it behind the Domke insert. It's not ideal, but at least for the time being, it's what I'll use.

Comments about Cokin Filter Wallet for "A" Series with 7 Pockets:
looked at several cases in the store and found this one to be the most efficiently sized. Not bulky or over-flapped with excess material. The double zippered opening allows full access to interior which is well designed and easy to get filters in and out. the velcro belt loop allows for quick attachment to straps and belts. The hard sides offer good protection.

Comments about Cokin Filter Wallet for "A" Series with 7 Pockets:
It says 7 pockets but will only hold 5 filters in there plastic cases and no double cases. (I perfer to keep them in their plastic cases). It's well made and durable but I would rather have one that held more filters so I could bettter organize them and not have so many different small cases. It's well lined and does the job.

Comments about Cokin Filter Wallet for "A" Series with 7 Pockets:
I have accumulated a significant number of cokin filters over the past few years, and with their plastic cases, they take up quite a bit of room in my backpack. This wallet takes up 1/2 the space.

Comments about Cokin Filter Wallet for "A" Series with 7 Pockets:
This case keeps filters in the Cokin A series clean and readily available for when I need to use them. I'm using only 2 filters however, so I don't use the case too much, but instead use the hard plastic cases that the A filters came in, So I would only recommend if you have more than a few filters you will be using.

This is just what I needed to get my filters organized and portable! I got 3 of them! The velcro belt tabs make it possible to attach the wallets right to my camera bag and are easily accessible!
