This is a Smith Victor 200LH Light Holder with Clamp Light Holder with clamp. Use it to mount screw-base photoflood lamps or AC slave units. Rubber-covered spring action clamp opens to 2". Ball and socket swivels 90° with 360° rotation. It includes 10' 2-prong cord and in-line on/off switch.

Very good quality thru. Socket rated 200W, clamp holding strong and ball giving smooth motion (butterfly nut adjustable). In addition electrical switch on the cable "feels" very good quality and away from the heat of the bulb. This is first item I bought from Smith-Victor and it is wort every penny.
