Meade Equatorial Wedge for the 8.0" LX90 Telescope
The equatorial wedge is required for long-exposure astrophotography and permits precise polar alignment of the telescope in the equatorial mode. For short exposure images of less than about 5 minutes, the wedge is not required.

This is a nicely built product. I have no compaints about it but to read the directions completely on aligning the scope before you use it. I just glanced over it and figured it wouldn't be too bad, but realized I needed to actually read the instructions on alignign the scope with this mount.
