The case has front and rear rack rails and threaded field replaceable 7.0mm zinc plated steel rack rails. It also has heavy-duty twist latches and comfortable recessed side handles.

I have at least 8 Gator cases and love them. Very light weight. Probably not as heavy duty as some brands, but I need the relief from the extra pounds when lifting a lot of gear for a show. Had one problem with the handle slippin on one of them, but a single pop rivit on one end fixed it.

I purchased the Gator case knowing they cost less and were decent racks. I have other Gator racks so I knew what to expect. However, there are better racks out there but they cost more. I don't move my gear all that much so this unit will be fine. Only gave it four stars because my older Gator cases are made better, so this tells me quality is taking a hit to keep costs low. If my next Gator case is worse, I may just pay more for the competition.
