Owned it for : 3 weeks.

Rolls nice and fits my stuff perfectly. I use it to bring lighting equip around NYC. I ride on the train with it and its stable enough to stand on its own in the train. Only reason I don't give it a five is because out of the box it had a slight wobble and there is no pull out handle which would make it easier to pull along behind me.

It may say single kit, but I have three lights in my bag. It's that functional! 4 umbrellas, 3 light stands, an xs Octodome, and other accessories. Works great. I drop it one notch for not having small pockets to carry some of my smaller accessories (I have to keep them in the camera bag). If you need 3 dedicated lighting kits with larger stands, then get the dual kit instead. For small setups, this will work fine. It is modular, so when you need more space, just remove the dividers and you're all set.

I just got mine yesterday and it exceeded my expectation...I replaced my travel case (10 years worn!) and got this case for a lot less $$$...Don't bother withe the $300+ cases out there..This case is great for location shooting...It's not an Aircase, but it's built pretty tough..Well worth the money.

I use this to store and transport LED, light stands, and even my tripod. It has the perfect amount of space to store all my lighting equipment. The wheels at the bottom are also helpful and make it easier to move equipment.

This bag is perfect, and well-priced, too. I can fit all of my stands and umbrellas that I take on location and the pockets are easily changeable for any size light.

This is the perfect case for my needs. I have four Alien Bees strobes with various cords and accessories securely packed away. The rigid sides along with ample interior padding let me transport and store my lights in confidence that they will arrive intact. For this price range I really couldn't ask for much more in a case.

The product itself is great; sturdy, keeps my lights safe, travels well because of the wheels, but it doesn't fit my light stands which totally bums me out! Measure your light stands first! 36" is the maximum height that will fit.

I was looking for a bag that would hold my tripod and glidetrack and this is it. I have checked it on about 5 flights and seems to be holding up. Its no pelican case, but I throw some extra padding in there and it works great for travel. I can see some of the fabric starting to wear but the actual construction seems great.

Use: I use this as a portable case for my wedding and portrait work. My gear list:
- Alien Bees Einstein
- Alien Bees Mini Vagabond
- Alien Bees 3' Octobox (umbrella style) + diffuser and grids
- 3 speedlights
- remotes
- Tripod
- Bogen Nano, Bogen Standard light stand
- Backup body and assorted support equipment
- Reflector

Pros
- Configurable. The inner panels are configurable (an earlier review mentioned this wasn't possible - maybe that was an old version).
- Spacious. The top lid has an inner sleeve that allows you to store other stands or umbrellas. It's somewhat gusseted so it actually lifts higher than the zipper effectively you giving you more volume
- Red internal fabric makes it easy to pick your equipment out
- Zippers are bomb proof...not sure what other reviewers were referring to - mine slid easily and confidently

Cons
- The only con I've come across is the position of the handle. Because it's in the middle, it forces a lower angle of travel (i.e. make it heavier). You can mitigate this by packing heavier items towards the bottom, but the balance point is all off. I had a tough time rolling this 10 blocks and had to stop a few times to switch hands. I suspect you can just relocate the handle lower (to get the case closer to its natural balance point) by drilling 2 extra holes, but I'll leave that as a last resort.

All told - this case is precisely what I've been after. I had originally bought the dual case (longer version), but then had second thoughts and returned it for this version. If I'd filled the dual kit - I wouldn't be able to carry it.

Very pleased with this rolling cart.

Only gets 4 stars because the internal movable partitions don't completely go from bottom to top of the case. Therefore stuff could (and does) move around when it's vertical. Otherwise, it's a great case. I've got 2 Alien Bees (800 and a 1600), pocket wizards, 2 softboxes (47" octo and 36" rect), reflectors and accessories, and a Vagabond portable power unit in there. It's snug, but it all fits.

I actually use this bag for my tripods and sliders because it's long enough and strong enough to carry around. So if you're looking for a bag to keep your long equipment get this one.

Zipper broke the first time I opened it right out of the box!!
I recommend that you buy a ziplock bag before you buy this,
it will last longer!!

The zipper is pretty cheap... I am not cool with that... but you get what you pay for... but it nicely fits my lighting kit and other modifiers, stands, umbrellas, softbox, remotes and power cords.

i love this case! I was able to fully organize and transport all of my studio equipment that I use for in-home portrait sessions. Before this purchase, my equipment was carried in several bags. The size, strength, and convenience of the photoflex case fits everything I would need to be prepared for any studio shoot, and it allows me to take only one simple trip from my apartment to my car and my car to the home of the shoot, rather than looking like the sloppy unorganized photographer I once was by having to carrying several bags.

I could probably fit camera body and lenses in here but everything else fits great. I wanted one with wheels and this is affordable. Zipper isn't as good as I'd like, but maybe it'll break in.

I carry two AlienBees B800's, two of the 10' light stands, one 47" umbrella, small tripod, extension cord, one camera, and other accessories and small stuff in it. I used to carry the lights and stands by hand, it was very inconvenient. This case made everything so much cleaner and easier.

It does get pretty heavy with everything loaded, but the wheels help a lot. The case fits in the trunk of my 2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe. Zippers is a bit stiff to move when new, but I am sure after several uses it will be smoother.

I bought this case to carry two Genesis 200 heads, two reflectors, two 10' stands, two umbrellas, two 50' extension cords, and a small tripod. There is enough room left over to carry a softbox or a few additional umbrellas, and a larger tripod. My kit fits well in the case, but there is not a lot of room for additional accessories and certainly not another head. In retrospect, I probably should have gone with one of the larger Transpac cases to allow for future purchases, like a snoot and grid set.Build quality is good, [...] The new cases have a single large plastic wheel mount (instead of two separate mounts on each corner) and improved handles. The dividers are nice and rigid, with just enough flex for moving them around.

Nicely fits a lighting kit with three heads, stands, umbrellas, softbox, remotes and power cords. I do wish it was a tad wider so I could fit my portable power pack in it. But other than that its a solid bag.

It's the perfect size for Manfrotto 1052BAC stands and 60" umbrellas, and small and light enough to be easily maneuvered between the house, the trunk of the car, and clients' homes.

I also usually put a tripod and/or a boom in the large compartment.

However, the smaller compartments don't work great for me -- they're just the wrong shape, and generally too big. I may try to get some additional dividers. But I'm also always concerned that smaller gear will drop to the bottom, though it hasn't happened yet.

I had hoped to use it to carry my entire portrait kit to the homes of my clients, but because the smaller compartments don't fit for me, I end up carrying the camera, lenses, and related equipment in a shoulder bag. I use the space I had planned to use for that for miscellaneous grip equipment (clamps, etc.) that I rarely need.
