I used these mounts for a pair of Klipsch KG .5 surround speakers, which weigh in at about 10 lbs. apiece. I'm very impressed. They are rock solid and give a very professional appearance to the installation.
Although the instructions didn't call for it, I took advantage of the screw holes on the back part of the clamp and screwed it to the back bottom edge of the speaker cabinet for extra security and stability.
If I had it to do over, I'd order the exact same mounts.

This wall mount is pretty amazing. The speaker hides most of the mount and the mount is bolted on with 4 3/8"x2-1/2" bolts to the studs in your wall...It's never coming down. Incredably adjustable as well, up/down and right/left. You can aim it where it needs to be. Holds speaker quite tightly. I've got NHT 1A speakers at about 12 lbs and it is quite stable.
