The Monster HT 800 Home Theater PowerCenter has a Monster Clean Power Stage 1 filter for noise-free power for sensitive electronic components and protection from power surges. It has 8 color-coded outlets plus a coaxial line protector to guard your system against sudden power surges and spikes. The audible system alarm, color-coded outlets and visible surge indicator all combine to provide a high level of security for your valuable electronics.

I purchased 3 of these units and a SW 200 Subwoofer unit. With my 2 channel system I was amazed at the sound, it is much clearer and cleaner, its hard for me to discribe, if you use one you will know, The same goes for my flat screen system only with a sharper picture.

I use this product to connect my home theater system and it works great. Before I purchased this, I had power cords going everywhere and now I'm able to streamline my system as well as having the peace of mind in knowing I'm protected during a power surge. I like the setup, the cord length, and the fact that the outlets are labeled so you are not blindly unplugging system components. I love the fact that the outlet plug is a flat design as well. Great touch, Monster!

Good design. I like the flat outlet plug that fits easily behind furniture. Plenty of outlets to connect all my gadgets and a nice long cord. Clever design with label on the outlets so you know what you're unplugging when you're reaching behind furniture to move things around.
