      Comments about Carl RT-218 18" Rotary Disc Cutter:

      Easy to use trimmer. Leaves very nice clean edges. Replaceable cutting wheel and cutting strip which is also reversible.

      My primary use is for photo trimming - light through heavy stock, and it is much better than lever-arm paper cutters I have used.

      Very good value for the money.
