The biggest benefit is the size of this tripod. It fits into my trouser pocket and therefore nor extra bags are required. Perfect for all situation long exposure pictures where you can use Rocks, Handrails, Light poles,... The build quality is very good. The ball head holds my G10 and adjusts very precise.
All in a summary: A very small footprint for an excellent always-at-your-hand tripod.

Nice tabletop tripod for my digital camera and video camera. Keeps the camera rock steady for self shots using the timer and for long exposures. Fits in my pocket. Has the Sony name so I expect it to last a long time.
