Comments about Tivoli The Henry Kloss P.A.L. Radio - Black:
We just received the radio and not disappointed. Radio is used in the bedroom/bath area and it is more than adequate in volume, and has a very good tone, especially on the low end. It fits in a very small space which makes the lady of the house very happy. The rechargeable battery pack is a plus. We plan to use this radio quite a bit at pool side.

Comments about Tivoli The Henry Kloss P.A.L. Radio - Black:
I already own this radio. My daughter has always coveted it. when I found out the radio had been taken out of production, I felt this was my last chance to get another one. Now she can have one and me, the other. I just haven't decided yet whether she gets the new one or the old.

I've had the iPal and now the Pal for many years and this radio is as close to perfect as any I've had. Great sound, compact, runs all day on a single charge and great design.

Comments about Tivoli The Henry Kloss P.A.L. Radio - Black:
I owned one of these for years and was surprised to see that Tivoli stopped making them. If you can live without stereo, there isn't a better radio. The initial battery lasted for over 3 years of heavy user. The unit survived a bathroom reconstruction project, nights by the hot tub, and years of general abuse and still sounds perfect.

Comments about Tivoli The Henry Kloss P.A.L. Radio - Black:
We were trying to pull in a distant station but just couldn't "lock on" to it. We had a SONY digital, a Grundig analog, an RCA boombox, a mini-am/fm, and nothing would pick it up. Then somebody brought out this. Not only did it pick up the station the others couldn't, the sound blew us away. We cranked the volume up on this little thing and it still sounded great. And it played on and on without running out of juice. I had to have one. It's the best portable radio made. Period.
