Manfrotto 441SPK2 Stainless Steel Retractable Spiked Feet Adapter (Set of 3)
The Manfrotto 441SPK2 is a set of retractable rubber/metal spiked feet for 055MF3, 3443 and 441 series tripods. The spike is made of a special hard-anodized aluminum alloy extremely resistant to corrosion.
Supplied with installation tool.

this is a way better design then they stock feet that sleep off and get lost. the only down side is that i had to modify the feet a little bet to get them to fit over the legs, nothing major that a drimmel couldn't fix

I take a lot of nature photos and was losing the regular rubber feet in deep snow, water, and mud. These retractable spiked feet attach much more securely to the tripod - no problems to date.

Regular feet supplied on this tripod slip on easily - and slip off just as easily. Usually when you didn't notice.
These feet are tightly attached using compression screws. The spikes are readily retracted by spinning down the rubber skids over them. Included screwdriver should be considered disposable.
