The ADX-172P Demultiplexer is a compact device designed to process SDI Video with audio embedded. This unit accepts an SDI Digital Video signal with four channels of AES/EBU digital audio embedded within the video signal; it's output consists of four channels of digital audio and a reclocked SDI video signal.
- Audio Extraction
- Four channels of balanced digital audio can be extracted from the embedded SDI signal and output to two XLR connectors.
- Multi-Standard
- This device will accept SDI video with either the 525 line standard or the 625 line standard and adjust automatically.
- Minature Size
- The small size of this unit allows it to operate as an "in line" studio device or on a small desktop.
