The 16-131-604 12VAC Brick Power Supply from VAC is a power supply designed to function with an input power rating of 11-13VAC and provide power for up to (8) VAC Video or Audio Brick Series products. This brick will not operate with DC voltage. It includes a 2.1mm P5 style connector for power input. If the input voltage is a grounded system, the center pin of the P5 is the power connection and the barrel is the ground side. This unit ships with a 12VAC, 600mA floating power supply that eliminates any ground loops through the power supply connection.
Inputs for this model consist of (2) terminal block connectors (one per channel). Audio signals with excessive DC component or offset will cause this model to malfunction (between -4V and +4V). The brick features (8) audio outputs (four per channel) consisting of terminal block connectors. Unused outputs do not need to be terminated for proper operation of the brick.
