International orders*The Beyerdynamic MCE82 is a stereo condenser microphone featuring two cardioid elements mounted at 45 degree angles for X-Y style audio capturing. The dual element design ensures accurate stereo imagery within the stereo perspective. The cardioid polar patterns place emphasis on direct axis signal and a frequency response of 50Hz to 20kHz provides accurate detail and signal quality.
It's flat, linear frequency response provide smooth uncolored signal reproduction. The microphone can be powered via external 12 - 48V phantom power source or 1.5V (type LR 6/AA) battery for remote operation. A low frequency roll-off switch eliminates noise caused by low frequency hum, ambiance, proximity effect and line noise. A 5-pin balanced XLR output provides high output gain with low noise floor. The MCE82 is at home in remote recording, ENG / EFP production, studio recording and live sound applications.

Comments about Beyerdynamic MCE82 - Stereo Handheld Electret Condenser Microphone:
I've been using this microphone for about 2 years now and I love it. I'm a photographer and I use it to collect ambient sound that I use during my exhibitions and multimedia slide shows. I've also used it rigged onto a video camera. I love it's sensitivity and crystal clear pickup. It took me quite a while before I actually made the decision to buy such an expensive product, but now after extensive usage I can say that it was well worth it.
One more thing about it's sensitivity, it picks up sound well but is surprisingly insensitive to handling sound which is a great plus when you are in the field.
