I received the casters and found they were probably used or returned. The casters were disassembled and partially reassembled with the compression shims missing. I contacted B&H and they shipped me a new set at No Charge, no complaint and no hassle. The new set of casters are definately new and unused. Thank you B&H Customer service.

These casters were just what I needed for my second light. Fit my light stand perfectly. I am thinking of ordering another set. May not be as nice if you have carpet that is medium to heavy.

Installed on Norman Impact stands in minutes.
Smmoth movement on hard floor and rug.
Used in a small home studio.
Also, fits my non-Norman light stands.
The only improvement I could suggest is a slightly larger diameter wheel.

These casters are horrible. You have to mount these casters with the bearings parallel to the ground. If not, they wont spin. I hate these things so much, I'd rather pickup the stand and move it rather and fight the wheels. I have to adjust and readjust everytime I setup the stands b/c my stands dont lock in the same position everytime.
