Behringer EXM-1800S Dynamic Handheld Microphone (3-Pack)
From Behringer, the XM1800S dynamic handheld microphone is designed to handle the work horse load of daily sound reinforcement without sacrificing audio quality. The XM1800S is designed for optimum reproduction of vocals in performance and public address applications. The super-cardioid polar pattern is most effective in minimizing noise and off axis audio that can cause feedback. The dynamic element is capable of reproducing high Sound Pressure Levels (SPL) without distortion. This convenient package includes a set of three XM1800S microphones and a convenient storage case, ideal for live sound reinforcement in clubs, school auditoriums, houses-of-worship, halls, etc.

I thought these would be cheap feeling and cheap sounding mics, but the reviews were great, and I'm glad they were.

I bought this set of mics for my studio so i dont need to risk damaging my pricey condenser mics when having a rock band jam in my studio messing about/rehearsing.
The first mic stopped working within 3 months, the xlr connector would just slide out. To my dissappointment the second mics cover came off a few months later. The third one has lastet about 2 years now and i still continue using it in the studio during band rehearsals/jams as the sound is not that bad for the price. A good condenser mic will cost you three times more so this is a good product for the garage band or related uses. I would however not reccomend it for live performances as i fear there is a chance it may just fail in the middle of a song.

We grabbed these to use as general use mics where sound quality wouldn't be scrutinized and the possibility of undue wear and tear was high. Compared to other single mics in this price range these easily come out on top. The built-in value of the hard case is great, too, especially when transporting them from venue to venue. The only downside we found to these is that two of them had some difficulty fully seating the XLR connection. They eventually clicked into place but had to have a good amount of force applied in order to do so.

I really bought this item for the 3-mic case and extra mic holders - couldn't believe how durable and well sounding these XM1800 mics were when I tested them! While I agree the XM1800 isn't quite as stable at high volumes as the XM8500 (which I now use over the Shure SM58), it makes a great practice and back-up mic. Fantastic deal!

Bought these for a Senior Center that constantly drops their microphones. At this price they are throw a ways. But they also have great sound quality and heft. Bought six, would instantly do it again!

I am a big fan of Behringer. I bought these microphones to do some recording, and a little live sound. I needed several, and was able to get this package for less than I would have paid for one SM58. These microphones seem quite sturdy, and the sound is quite good. Not quite as good as the industry standard, sure, but impossible to beat for the price.

I use these for Karaoke and the singer get pretty rough with my equipment but these mics take the abuse and the weight feels like something in your hand not the plastic housing one's some KJ's use
I haven't had them long enough to give a negative and am happy with the price I paid

Plugged them all into the mixer, walked from stand to stand, "Test 1 2 3". They all worked fine. Next practice we compared them to the SHURE SM58 - Little difference - Very happy with my purchase.

I bought these almost solely for the case and the convenience of having three standard mics for podcasting. Compared to other high end ones they certainly aren't the best--granted, I've been using Sennheisers and compared to those, these have a loose plasticy feel and their range isn't as wide, but for [$] for three mics, they're perfect and work well for the show.

I use those mics for interviews. They may not be very expensive but they are certainly not cheap. A pro audioman will not even be seen with those. But if you have, like me, to keep your costs down and your quality up... they get the job done.

I was recommended to purchase this set for meeting live amplification and it worked as planned. The on/off switch on the handle made it very easy to control noise overflow when the mics weren't in use and when they were being handled by several people in the same session. They got the job done and I hope to get more similar use out of them over item.
