Comments about PSC A4812 48V to 12T In-Line Barrel Adapter:
This was just supposed to convert 48v phantom power to "T" 12v phantom power for the older type microphones. Well, it does that and doubles the output level from the conventional "T" power supplies. Great product if you need it.

Comments about PSC A4812 48V to 12T In-Line Barrel Adapter:
I bought this to provide phantom power to a used Sennheiser 415T mic. Does the job without problems so far. Feels well built. Time will tell how it holds up. If it lasts five or more years, I'd give it five stars. What's great: Very light weight, the price. Not so great: Kind of long.

Cheaper than the Sennheiser option...that's what really matters for a nominal piece of gear like this.

I needed two of these for some vintage mics, but one of the two I bought failed during my first trial after 5 min of use.

This adapter does the job! No noise and allot less expensive than the Sennheiser unit.

Comments about PSC A4812 48V to 12T In-Line Barrel Adapter:
This is a very nice adapter. It's small and very lightweight. I can plug it straight up to my microphone and it feels as if nothing has changed. It doesn't have to go into the mic though, you can plug it anywhere in between the power source and the microphone. I wouldn't choose any other adapter over this one. PSC made this one just right.
