The Garner MS-105 Magnetic Shield is for customers requiring an enclosed degaussing station. Garner has designed a magnetic shield that completely encloses the conveyor belt and magnetic fields. The optional MS-105 magnetic shield reduces the magnetic field surrounding the degausser below the threshold limit values specified by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).
To assist with the loading and unloading of media with the MS-105 magnetic shield in place, Garner has developed an input (IS-CDS) and output (OS-CDS) slide.
