The AM/FM Pi is a compact, yet highly powerful antenna that was designed specifically for anyone who wants to improve their AM/FM radio reception. Its built-in signal amplifier can be adjusted to the optimum level to either strengthen reception of weaker or distant stations or to avoid over-boosting stronger or closer ones.
The AM/FM Pi combines cutting-edge design with the latest in technology. The Pi is easy-to-install and its unique design allows it to blend with most decors. With the emergence of new technology in radio broadcasting, the AM/FM Pi was designed to be digital broadcast radio ready.
- AM/FM Reception
- The Pi is actually constructed as two antennas in one, with separate AM and FM antennas in a single housing. Its AM loop is movable and swings away from the FM antenna for optimum AM reception.
- Non-Coinduction Circuitry
- The Pi features TERK's patented Non-Coinduction circuitry to isolate FM and AM antennas from one another for better reception and to eliminate interference.
- Gamma Loop Technology
- Only TERK antennas feature the Gamma Loop technology. It reduces the background broadcast noise level, thus increasing the signal-to-noise ratio for higher quality radio reception.

There is nothing good to say about this device. It might pick up a station if the station was located next door. Granted, I live in a somewhat remote area, but I have direct line of sight to several FM stations within 20 miles. All this antenna does is amplify the static. Stick with the wires that your audio receiver comes with - it will do the same job and won't cost you a penny.

I wanted an antenna to pull in local FM stations and this unit does the trick. Not capable of long-distance feats, but you get your money's woth.
