Terk Technologies MINI Compact RF Coaxial Modulator - Composite (RCA), Stereo Audio (RCA), Antenna Input to Channel 3 or 4 Output
The Terk Technologies Mini is an Audio/Video to RF modulator; it accepts a composite video signal along with stereo audio and modulates the signal to channel 3 or 4 for use on a television without A/V input capabilities.
- Antenna Input
- This device has an Antenna input along with the A/V input so the user has the choice of incomming signals. The A/V signal is auto detected and switches to that source when utilized.
- Compact
- Measuring less than 4" at its largest dimension, this unit will fit in most entertainment centers and can be used in portable situations.

I used this product to connect a DVD/VCR which did not have a coax output, but only a composite output to an older analog TV. The TV did have a composite input, but it was in use with a Satellite TV receiver. Since there was no existing coax input, I did not use the feature where the product would switch to the active input. I believe this is a useful feature if you need it. It did work well converting the composite to coax. Just what I wanted. The price is very competitive.

My girlfriend found out the TV she was given didn't have an access point for a DVD cable, so we needed a work-around. Thank heavens for this. Small, effective and very cost efficient. Can't ask for much more.

Used the product to adapt a video signal from composite to coax for output on an old television set. Haven't run into any problems with the unit thusfar. Easy set up. All parts included. It's always a bit of a pain to have another thing you need to get power to, but I don't think there's any other option with these.

Bought it as replacement for a VCR that did the video to RF modulation until the VCR choked on a tape. The Terk unit is easy to install and it works well. It lets signal from cable box to TV through even when unplugged. When it is gaming time, simply plug-in the power adapter connect the yellow, white and red plugs from the game console to the Terk unit and change the channel on the TV. The Terk unit has a sticky back side, so it can be attached (And re-attached) to the back of the cabinet/ TV stand.
