Comments about DPA Microphones DAD6001 MicroDot to 3-pin XLR Adapter (Belt Clip):
I've upgraded my wireless mic lavalieres to DPA 4061's. On a recent shoot my wireless transmitters--which were fine during set-up--failed minutes before a two person interview. The following week I ordered several DPA XLR adapters to serve as a "safety net" so I could wire the 4061 lavalieres directly to the mixer. I'm now in the habit of using these XLR adapters on a regular basis unless if there's a wide shot where the cables might show. Peace of mind . . . well worth the price.
