All of the Io's outputs are available at any given time, allowing for multiple analog or digital monitoring and recording solutions. Developed in close conjunction with Apple, the Io takes advantage of Final Cut Pro 4's new features and is connected via Firewire. RS-422 machine control and professional video Genlock capability places the Io squarely in the forefront of the professional solutions class. • Multiple Simultaneous Outputs for Ultimate Monitoring Options: All outputs are active at all times, allowing multiple simultaneous hardware connections. You can monitor your audio or video output through any combination of devices, all at once!

• Plug-and-Play Firewire Connection: Make your life easier by controlling all the data transfer through a single, simple Firewire connection. No messy additional cables to clog your workspace; simply connect the Io to your Mac using the included Firewire cable and you are ready to go!

• Lossless 10-bit Uncompressed SDI or Analog Video: You can maintain your video's quality and integrity by using the Io to eliminate compression issues. Perform repeated high-quality video transfers and never experience a quality loss due to compression.

• Audio Word Clock: The Io is BNC compliant for audio synchronization. Never again worry about your audio drifting ahead or behind your video in longer clips.

All major audio/video input/output formats can be found on the Io. Transfer data in multple formats from multiple sources:
