This is the 3rd one I have bought, one for each camera operator. I am very happy with the XLR-BP 3 Pro units. It delivers great audio and it easy to use. Nice compact size, especially with all the inputs. When I have had questsion and called the manufacturer they where alwasy friendly and helpful. One of the few companies that will take their time and talk to you.

Nice XLR adapter. Excellent audio levels and easy to use. I've used this adapter with various audio mixing board, shotgun and handheld mics. It has worked with everything I've thrown at. When I did call Studio 1 Productions directly, they were very helpful and took their time answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend this XLR adapter.

I have owned the XLR-BP 3 Pro for about 6 months. Bought it through B & H, who by the way has great service. The XLR adapter worked perfectly right out of the box. It came with clear, easy to read instructions. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a 3 input XLR adapter.

Comments about Studio 1 Productions XLR-BP3 Pro - Belt Clip XLR Adapter with:
I've been doing pro video for 30 years. I bought both an XLR-BP 3™ and the XLR-BP 3 Professional. After about 6 months of good performance, they each started to fail, one channel at a time. I sent them back individually and each time was told either that it was fixed or they could find nothing wrong. When they came back, they had the same problems. But adapters by other manufacturers worked fine on the same cameras. I even sent one back again and had the same occurrence plus a "You must be stupid" attitude when I called the tech.
Also, the volume controls are so easy to accidentally turn that they are useless in real-world field use; not the slightest holds on the pots. I even got attitude from their tech about that too; "Just put tape over it".
Finally, the cases are large and clunky. Bottomline, buy something else.
