For $5 more than just the reflector holder on its own this kit includes the 22" 5-in-1 Impact reflector that's normally worth [$]. Great!I couldn't find this anywhere in the specifications but the reflector holder comes with a much higher duty stand than the typical 6' light duty [$] stand Impact sells. The holder easily holds a portable flash unit with my Morris softbox without a counterweight. I did purchase a Photoflex 4L counterweight just in case, and I'm sure it'll come in handy when mounting something like a Speedotron -- the light stand will definitely be sturdy enough.Otherwise, this is a very versatile kit -- holds reflectors, diffusers, serves as a background or a light stand. Great to have around for those without an assistant.

I was a little worried when I ordered this stand. Given the price I thought it might be a little flimsy. After actually handling it, however, I found it to be really sturdy - even more stable than my more expensive light stands. It does exactly what I need it to do, and I'd buy it again.

The only problem I've encountered with this stand is my friend losing it in the park. Looks like I'll HAVE to buy it again..

This product is a great buy for the price. I live in LA and in most shops something comparable (or of lesser quality even) went for double and almost triple the price. For that very reason I was worried that the construction and design would be poor upon taking it out of the box. It was nice to have my fears instantly quelled. I would recommend it highly.
