Elinchrom Digital Style 1200RX
Today's digital workflow and camera systems demand greater accuracy at all power settings with an extended power range to cover extreme requirements. Precise repeatability, whether at 2 second or 2 week intervals is possible with the ultra-stable electronics controlled by accurate digital displays in the Elinchrom Digital Style 1200RX W/s Monolight.
Elinchrom performance characteristics now exceed the most demanding criteria. Power variation is from 1200 to 36 W/s in 0.1 stop increments. Applying the renowned Elinchrom reliability, consistency and color temperature, the new RX series is even more precise.
- Lower sync-line voltage (5V) eliminates need to buy a separate Safe-Sync. Your camera's sensitive circuitry is safe.
- Optional digital 2-way remote control provides the possibility to interface with Mac and PC workstations, combining seamlessly with the new Digital 1200RX and Digital 2400RX Power Packs.
- The integral reflector is designed to maximize power efficiency and provide optimum results with our extensive range of accessories.
- New translucent, fire retardant, robust body shell encasing the die cast alloy chassis.

Comments about Elinchrom Digital Style 1200RX:
Used for general studio lighting along with other RX units and Skyport transmitters. Works as expected. I find the weight difference between these and RX600s warrants a better light stand than the basic Manfrottos. Cons: I expected the 1200's to recycle faster than the 600's at the same output settings, but they are about the same so that was a disappointment. The case built could be better, its about the same as the 600s but it is heavier so they deserve a better encasement.

It's been now 3 years I'm using Elinchrom flash heads. Thelight quality is very nice, the power setting is perfect,the fan cooling works great even with a zoom spot on.Til now, I had no problems at all with those heads!So thanks Elinchrom..
