ART 406 6-Channel Headphone Amplifier
The ART Model 406 Six Channel Headphone Amplifier is made for professional, project and home studio applications. It has an output and level control for each set of headphones, and a stereo input for connecting the program source. The individual output jacks for each channel are located in front of the unit. Dual left and right 1/4" TRS inputs are located in the rear. The ART 406 is made for mounting in a standard 19" equipment rack, and is designed for fixed-installation live sound systems used by churches, clubs, DJ's, monitor systems, and home or project recording studios.
- Six Headphone Management
- The 6 channels on the AR406 each have their own level control and headphone output jacks making it perfect for multi-function systems. An insert jack for each channel will additionally isolate it for specific input signals.
- Convenient Accessibility
- Got a room full of techs or musicians? You can jack in headphones with single 1/4" stereo inputs in the front or dual L + R 1/4" inputs in the back. The L and R auxiliary 1/4" rear inputs can also be used in combination with the front-panel channel inputs.
- Mono and Stereo
- The front PAN control also regulates L/R relative input levels in mono mode. A front-mounted mono/stereo push-button adds additional versatility.
- Rack Mount Configuration
- This slim, well configured unit is designed to be added to a rack system, though it works equally well as a stand-alone unit.

This headphone amp is pretty slick. When hooked up you can easily connect 6 headphones and the sound is crystal clear for each pair. Connecting it to my existing setup was a snap and I am very satisfied with it.
