The DA-16X is a sixteen channel digital to analog converter, housed in a single rack space chassis. The unit features a redesigned power supply, standard 192kHz sampling rates and the same C777 clocking technology found in Apogee's Big Ben master clock for jitter free conversion.
The ability to install optional Pro Tools HD and FireWire expansion cards make the DA-16X a powerful and flexible conversion combination. Not only does the unit offer advanced conversion technology, but makes it available at a fraction of the cost previously associated with premium Apogee gear.
