If you're looking for a higher quality eyepiece than the standard-issue offering that come with most telescopes, the 32.0mm Omni from Celestron provides more enhanced features at a great value. The 32.0mm Omni was designed with attention to the details that separate good eyepieces from average ones. It is a 4-element Plossl formula with blackened lens edges, multilayer coatings upon each surface, and an anodized barrel. These features combine to increase contrast and light transmission, and of course it is threaded to accept Celestron's many 1.25" eyepiece filters.

Comments about Celestron Omni 32mm Eyepiece (1.25"):
Use - Cluster and Nebula viewing, and low power object finding.
Good things about it - the quality of the optics seems fine.
Not so great things about it - it is relatively heavy, and significantly more massive than the other eyepieces in my collection, including another 32mm and a 40mm eyepiece that I have.

Its the first eyepiece I use whenever I'm out to skywatching. It's wide eyefield brings a lot of light to the eye
