Lowel Tota/Omni Core 44 Kit, LB-35 Soft Case
The Lowel Tota/Omni Core 44 Kit, LB-35 Soft Case features three of Lowel's most popular fixtures. Compact, rugged and versatile, the broad-throw Tota-light can be used with its umbrella or gel frame and diffusion as a soft key light, fill light, or backlight. With its adjustable reflectors, it can be a smooth and even background light, or point it at the ceiling to raise the ambient (base) light level of a room. Tota-lights are also widely used for photographic copy work.
The wide focusing range of the Omni-light makes it a flexible key light or backlight. Add diffusion or an umbrella, and it's a soft fill source. Available with a host of accessories and built for heavy-duty long life, the popular Omni is the perfect companion to the Tota.
The Rifa eX 44 softbox light has a 16 x 16" (41 x 41 cm) front diffuser. It has an umbrella-like design allowing set-up in 60 seconds or less. Its quick-change power cord easily converts for use with professional battery belts, allowing it to work at 12V, 14V and 30V DC in addition to 120V and 230V AC. The Rifa eX has a changeable socket, to make use of cooler-running fluorescent bulbs.

If you are starting out using lighting, this is a great kit to get you started. It will do the job and make sure your set is lit up pretty nicely.

Perfect small kit for doing interviews and other small productions. I wouldn't start building a lighting collection around anything less. Only comes with one bulb per lamp...If you buy this go ahead and get more bulbs when you place your order.

Im a filmaker and usually shot on location but ocationally on set, for a green screen maybe. This kit is very complete for any videographer

I often shoot on location, bur ocationally have to set a lighting in the studio, maybe a green screen...This kit has a very fair price for all the convenient lights and accesories it has. For a videographer wich is what I do. works great!
