Comments about Alesis MULTIMIX 12R Rack Mountable Mixer:

I needed a rack-mount mixer and was prepared for a so-so experience but, to my suprise, when used properly this mixer works well. It provides all the basic functions needed for a quick set-up and fit my needs for a portable rig with good sound quality. I would buy it again.

Comments about Alesis MULTIMIX 12R Rack Mountable Mixer:

I use the Multimix in my home studio. It's compact and works like a charm! It has some limitations, but I use it as a sub mix, pre-interface to my computer.

Comments about Alesis MULTIMIX 12R Rack Mountable Mixer:

I am using this mixer for my live solo multimedia performances; into the mixer I have a guitar, a bass, an electrified hand-drum, two laptops, and two microphones going into the mixer, and each of the aux sends routes to a different looper device, with the returns coming into two other inputs on the mixer. It all works perfectly. The mixer seems very sturdy and smooth, and the sound is very clean. In a perfect world, there would be a third aux send, but besides that it seems to be exactly what I wanted and needed, with no apparent drawbacks. Yay, Alesis Multimix 12R!
