Comments about Roland KC-350 - 120 Watt Keyboard Amplifier/Submixer:
With a good mixer, this is one of the best PA systems you can have and actually carry with you. Projection is amazing. Over 300' is no problem outdoors. The only drawback is dispersion is very narrow--off to the side, sounds falls off rapidly. Two of these are more than loud enough for almost any size venue and can get the the police called (I speak from experience). Clarity isn't that great, a good Yamaha speaker will beat it easily. But price to performance, you're getting a lot for your money and the weight.
Use it with anything. It's something worth having.

Comments about Roland KC-350 - 120 Watt Keyboard Amplifier/Submixer:
I am a guitarist, and I bought this amp to use with Eleven Rack & Boss GT-8 amp modelers and effects, since you'd better use a keyboard amp with modelers to let them do the tone shaping.
This things is powerful, loud and although has a flat response it gives a new dimension to my sound.
Basically, the power it adds to the sound gives it a huge punch, so the distorted high gain sounds seem much powerful, and the clean sounds sound clearer, louder & with higher presence. At quarter the volume at both the channel and master, this thing is loud enough to shake a small studio.
The shaping EQ is excellent as well, gives you the ability to fine tune sounds that are affected by the extra power without changing your presets.
The only thing that is not "perfect" about this amp is that the woofer is too strong sometimes you have to dial the bass all the way down. But this is something you can adjust with time if you plan to use the amp as your main PA. Since presets were adjusted on another speaker which had a lower bass (probably most have lower bass than this), you'll probably need to adjust all the presets to get the bass levels to normal, or just use the on-board EQ. I'm yet to try the XLRs, so far I'm using the typical 1/4" jacks.
One important thing, keep in mind that at any factory, when a keyboard or a guitar modeler is filled with factory presets, the musician setting it up is using certain gear that certainly sounds different than yours, so you'll have to wait and try many different settings with any piece of gear before you judge it. Especially EQing the signal whether in your instrument or in the amp.
No regrets here, I'd certainly recommend it to any guitarist who uses modelers, and play is small venues or have a loud drummer that wants to torture ;)

Comments about Roland KC-350 - 120 Watt Keyboard Amplifier/Submixer:
I purchased the Roland KC-350 to go with my new Korg M3 Keyboard. While this amp is certainly powerful it makes the piano sounds appear very muffled and muted. And while you can tone down the bass, you lose the richness of the sound. The amp is also very heavy...not good if you want to lug it around.

Comments about Roland KC-350 - 120 Watt Keyboard Amplifier/Submixer:
I purchased this amp for my Korg x-50. It gives crisp, clear sound that really brings out the ability of my keyboard. It was great value for the money. This thing can get LOUD too. Super low bass starts to distort at higher volumes but even in range it is very powerful. The biggest drawback to the amp is the weight. It is about as heavy as I would want it to be carrying it myself. The weight easily made up by its great sound. This is an awesome amp!
