This case is exactly what I needed, holds my stands perfectly and has space in the bottom for cables and accessories (stand clips, mic mounts, etc). I have not used the top section for microphones, I carry those separately in a P-case (from B&H).
(I use this for video shoots, for shotgun mic's and such)
