This Ikelite C-Lite 8 RCD, with its high intensity 14 watt halogen bulb is a practical and convenient dive light. You could use it to look under ledges and to restore natural color underwater.
The 8 "C" cell configuration provides low weight and compact size. The C-Lite also features the Ikelite RCD quick release clamp system that makes opening and closing the battery compartment a snap. The C-Lite's rotating switch and sliding lock allow easy operation even when wearing bulky gloves. The rubber shroud protects the front lens while blocking distracting side reflections.

Comments about Ikelite C-Lite 8 RCD (Black):
Powerful dive light for the money. Quite heavy to carry, but works o.k. for me. The switch is easy to move even with gloves, and the beam is not very wide but has long range and good intensity. Battery consumption is not high, but remember they are 8 Cs, so for a dive trip you have to take an extra load with you. Good enough for close-up pictures.
Expertise: 100+ dives, photo amateur
Problems Encountered: Quite bulky, but I make room in my baggage for it and for the batteries.
