Used this for my two fronts, center, and rear speakers. Outer jacket made it easy to run through the floor into my crawlspace and back up through the floor for my surround speakers. Outer jacket was a little difficult to strip back, but with good scissors it was easy to cut. Cheapest price I could find for 100 feat of Monster Cable in any gauge.

Quality wire at a great price. Tough wire double jacketed. Thanks to monsters wire design (the skin affect of AC current taken into account) it's 14 Gauge cable is comparable to 12 Gauge cable of standard design.

I am using to connect my Mirage Omnisats (front and rear) to my Yamaha receiver...
All heavy wire is NOT the same, this wire is a good or better than your basic 12 or 10. The casing is rated for ceiling or wall install (which is the reason I upgraded). What an unexpected difference in sound quality! No more "high level hiss or hum", only clear as a bell sound, and during open air, I look to see if the receiver shut off! Highly recommended for movie or music!
The only drawback is because of the thickness of the casing it's slightly hard to pull through the wall, but not undoable. BUY THIS WIRE!
