Between the entry-level Diafun and the premium Classic & Victory series of binoculars now lies Zeiss's newest line, Conquest. Conquests have all of the typical Zeiss accoutrements, including the T* multicoatings and the phase corrected roof prisms. They're lightweight, marvelously handling daylight binoculars with a broader focusing range and improved brightness than the Diafun series.

Comments about Zeiss 8x30 B T* Conquest Binocular:
Bought these as my first pair of real binoculars. Wanted the "best" without paying [$]. In store compared it to the [$] version and you could see a difference. a very small difference. a very slight small difference. I'm using it for birding and look forward using it canoe camping and hiking.
