I wanted a bag that I could carry my four WhiteLightning strobes plus a few light stands, this bag does that perfectly. It is deep enough that I can store the strobes on the bottom and they provide a middle shelf that allows me to store my stands on the top. Pretty well built, and for $79 it is a great value. The length could be about 1 inch longer, some of my stands fit, but very snuggly.

Commercial photographer using it to carry a 1000 ws Dyna-Lite pack, 3 heads, all cables, 3 stands & 3 umbrellas/soft boxes, everything fits. Could use less build on the handles & more perimeter support. Velcro dividers don't hold onto the sidewall material like it should. I don't think this case will hold up to everyday use but you get what you pay for. Already looking for another case. If you are a weekend photographer looking for something to hold a lot of gear for a reasonable price it works. With some design changes this could be a really good bag but for me it falls short.

I've got 90% of my light kit in to this bag and I still have room for another AB;'s head and some more small accessories. Compact, feels solidly built, looking forward to road testing it.

I love this bag, not only because it allows enough room for a full set of lights, but also because it does it in style, without showing any strains or the slightest stress, which i can't say about the smaller model.
If you are looking for a kit bag and not sure which one to go for, i'd advise paying a little more and have the extra space for future props and gadgets, instead of overfeeding the slimmer version with too much stuff that would eventually bulk out and tear off the seam.
Love the space inside, the velcro pockets and generally happy with the design.

I haven't really used this proudct too much, but it seems like a good bag so far. I can carry monos or continuous lighting in it with no problems. You can fit a lot of things in this bag. I have not used the mono lights, yet, so cannot review those at this time. I would recommend this bag to a friend.

I purchased this bag as part of a lighting kit and I have to say I'm pretty impressed with it. The inside of the bag is made of a soft material that Velcro sticks to so you can actually reconfigure the entire inside of the bag. I've had camera bags in the past that let you move things around inside the bag using little sections of velcro but not completely configurable like this. What's also nice is that the bag is good sized and allows you to store quite a few lights in it without any problems. I have six lights in all (including three softboxes) and I can pack them in the bag with stands. For the price, this is a nice bag to carry lighting in.

I got this bag along with a 3 piece monolight kit. The bag is very heavy duty and sturdy. It can hold lots of gear and safely protect. Currently my bag has- 3 monolights, 3 light stands, two umbrellas, radio slave unit, and various cords and there is still plenty of room for more equipment. This is a great bag. I will probably buy another one soon for video lighting gear.

Well built and tons of room. This bag really helped me get organized and opened up tons of space in my other bags. In fact, I was able to combine 4 into this one. It carries an Alien bee B1600, (2) B800's and a white lightning x800 along with all my cords, cables, 3 light-weight light stands and my transceivers. There is room for more but that makes it fairly heavy.
I highly recommend this kit bag to anyone who want's to consolidate their existing equipment or needs a way to transport and store their lighting equipment.

I was expecting something totally different. I had extra room in the end to stash my diffusion, light meter, C47's an extra octagon soft box and other odds and ends. I still haven't filled it up. One word "Excellent".

I bought the three light Impact monnolight kit with softbox, two umbrellas, and kit bag. The kit bag is well constructed and the movable partitions (velcro attached) makes it easy to adjust compartment size. The bag holds all of the gear that comes in the kit. Frankly, I think it would be impossible to manage the equipment without it.
