This Hosa Hi-Z Microphone Cable is an unbalanced Hi-Z microphone cable. The two inner wires form the "hot" and "cold" conductors. These are surrounded by a braided shield.
Hi-Z cables allow the user to plug a Hi-Z microphone directly into the input of a guitar amplifier or the input of a Hi-Z mixer unit.
