I bought this lens hood to replace the HK-26 that I had for my AF-S II model 300mm where the tightening screw froze up. This model fits the old 300mm models and is actually a little bit shorter and seems to be made out of thicker carbon fiber material. It's also cheaper [...]! Highly recommended.
