Olympus FP-1 Flash Power Grip
The Olympus FP-1 Flash Power Grip allows the FL-50 electronic flash to be used as a grip-on type flash powered from 4 'C' (R-14) alkaline dry cell batteries. The power from the grip can be combined with the flash's own batteries in order to charge the FL-50 at a higher speed and increase the available flash emission count. It can also be used as a grip when using the SHV-1 Flash High Voltage Set.
Note! The RG-1 remote grip cable and FL-CB01 or FL-CB02 flash bracket cable, depending on the digital camera used are required.(not included)

Absolutely superb!Faster recycle times, longer battery life with NiMh cells.Modelling is almost infinitely adjustable, direct andindirect lighting.Close-up is so easy, the camera is easy to hold with orwithout the battery grip attached to the camera.Get the strap too, you'll never look back! I had one for myOM cameras too.Everything is simple to connect and use.I guess $249 sell price is a bit much to ask . . .
