I wanted a large green screen so I could shoot multiple simultaneous individuals for interviews. If that was my need, this fits my need very, very well. However, it is a handful to open, use and get back in the soft carry case; you are going to need help. The material seems to be of quality as does the frame, but it's size does make it seem a bit flimsy and you will need a large wall which it can rest against or a backdrop support to which you can clamp it.

I think that this is a really good answer to the big roll of paper that you can't hide in your apartment. Kind of joking about the raft but make sure that you have a lot of room before you take it out of the cover. It does a good job and it is a good size which is better because with a smaller screen the subject constantly goes out of the background, and you can't use it. Obviously the best thing is a green room, but if you can't paint your walls green, this is the next best thing. It is a bit difficult to hang it in an apartment but I finally hung it on two clips and light stands. I even got it back into the cover. It even will give you a few laughs along the way trying to do that.

As a student using the canon t2i and wanting to do some green screen at home and really good greens creen, this Botero 8-16 does the job very well. I just tested it out with not the best lighting set up- and it was pretty nice so far, I am very pleased. What's great about it? It's size, it's big like half a room big but so if you're even new-ish to Greenscreen, this might be a bit of a stretch( litterally) in price.

Purchased the backdrop to use onsite for various sports and portrait photo shoots. I have only used it once so far since it arrived two weeks ago and it worked as described. Very happy with the purchase so far. Does have some slight wrinkles but they don't seem to cause any problems with software removal. Only con is that the frame itself is very flimsy and takes two people to stand up. Once up though it did support itself leaning up against a wall with no trouble. Fold up was fairly easy as well considering the size of the backdrop.

The product overall is good material. Be aware of the size. I have a studio with 10 ft ceilings and when I opened it, it consumed the whole room. Very difficult to fold up. Would be great to hand on a background stand, but too weak to open and stand on its own. I would not attempt to use on site anywhere only good product if you have a huge studio with a background stand to support it.

I'm not going to lie - when I bought this I totally didn't think about 8x16' It worked out great for me however. I will say that the folding took me a few tries to get down and it didn't come with any thoughtful instruction. But Youtubed it and now can collapse it like magic!

I used this screen on a shoot two days ago. It worked great. Very even green background. I used it for some sit-down interviews and never had to worry about the background once. There are no instructions in the box to figure out how to fold it back up but I was able to figure it out and do it by myself in about 2 minutes. A couple of reviews list being able to use the screen without a stand. I wouldn't recommend that. I used 2 C stands to hold it up. If I had to give this a weakness I'd say that there were some wrinkles in the fabric that left some lines in it but my camera's bokeh took care of them. The price was also great. I've used the Matthews Studio 6x6 green/blue screen and have liked the results but I'd probably use this 8x16 over that one from now on.

[...] It unfolded easily, although the train was very wrinkled. It worked very well and I am having much success at processing the photos with different digital backgrounds. Two things to be aware of: It is very tall so I had to wedge it up in the ceiling to make it work and the folding takes a lot of practice! Overall it is a great buy.

We use this as a standard green screen setup with 4 lights. The structure of the background is wonderful, as it's tension removes creases. Folds up fast and easy, and is portable.

It's very large indeed, but so compact when folded! It takes some practice to get used to the folding, but once you know the trick, it's fine. There is only one large loophole on the top to attach it to the wall, but when placed with care, it can lean against a wall as well without hardly any attaching or fixing. Enjoy!

As others have stated you'll need something to attach this to, but man is it huge! Also, keep the video that B&H provides close when it comes time to fold this puppy up. It gives you a lot of "walking room" so you'll spend less time rotoscoping things out. Nice though. It is a little more flimsey than you might think, but it is huge so it makes sense.

Product provides a decent sized green screen for location work in a portable size. However the frame is weak and floppy, requiring additional support to be used cleanly. Due to size it is a mess to get folded up properly. Does not come with any instructions for cleaning or collapsing.

Well I would have to say that I am somewhat pleased with it, I do not think that it is as easy to use as some would like you to think, but hey we have just started with it and have only used it a couple of times, hopefully that with time we will enjoy it more.

I was a little nervous that this would be a pain in the neck to fold up but found that it's really easy to do so. This is a REALLY big screen that will fill up your room/studio. Complete head to toe key shots here and room to spare. Great item. A little too expensive though.

I picked this up for an upcoming project and I must say I'm pretty impressed. This has a built in stand so you can lean this against virtually anything without the aid of a backdrop stand.
