Very nice backdrop that folds up much easier than expected. The 5x7 size is adequate for head & shoulder shots on adults, or full body shots on small children. Turning it sideways allows you to shoot small groups. These work well when leaned against a wall, although I prefer to get them up higher by hanging them from a backdrop frame.

The fabric is fairly thin. This reduces the weight, but it also allows strong backlights to penetrate the fabric. This is easy to mitigate by selective placement and/or camera settings. You can expect to see some small wrinkles when deployed. Not a problem for me, and I'm guessing they could be removed with steam if it's a big deal for you.

Dollar for dollar, this is a hard product to beat. YMMV.

I use this in my legal videography business. It folds up easily ( check out the demo on this site). It easily covers the entire frame with my subject. I'm shooting through a HMR-150 AVCHD which has a rather wide lens. It's lightweight, looks great (the subject really pops), and the price is right.

Great colors, did not come with folding instructions, had to go on line and search for a video. Once learned, it is very easy to fold/collapse to place in carry bag.

The image that shows what the background will look like does not in any way represent what you will get. The actual background is 70% lighter in over all saturation. I got it to use for interviews for video projects. Maybe if you are a still photog the background will become darker in the picture. I'm not sure, but for video this background is no where near dark enough and the example above does in no way show what it actually looks like. You can make the argument that my computer monitor might be off in color, but I have a brand new MacBook Pro and all of the colors represented have been true with every things else I have purchased.

The image that shows what it will look like is far more darker than the actual backdrop. I would guess that what was delivered is at least 50% lighter than the image example. I can still use it by shooting a light into the background with a dark blue gel. I plan to use a 300W fixture to start with and see how it goes. Disappointed as I had planned to use this for depositions as a neutral background. The light behind the chair might cause some unwanted heat for the person who is being interviewed.

This was perfect for setting up in a smaller space to do portraits. It is compact, and light which helps when having to carry all the equipment.

I used this super convenient, portable background twice in the first week I have had it and quite to my amazement, looks as good and even better than some of my more expensive muslins! If you don't need full body, this collapsible muslin is a winner. Look forward to getting another one of these from the Botero line. Great product for the money.

It's compact enough to take along on any shoot and has actually saved the day by using it in really creative ways like concealing objects in the shot. It opens itself and is easy to fold away. A very handy (and versatile) item.
