Comments about Kodak #7265 PXR455 16mm 100' Roll Eastman Plus-X Black & White Reversal Film 1-Edge Perforation Camera Spool Winding B:
7265 is Kodak's perfect black and white film stock for outdoor use. Low grain and narrow latitude offer endless possibilities that can sometimes give reversal stock the edge over negative. If you're looking to keep your shadows dark and are up to the challenge of exposing reversal film properly, then this is the one to get. Be sure to keep your light meter and ND filters handy. NOTE: Kodak recently discontinued this (though Tri-X is still in production)--be sure to buy up 7265 where you find it!

Comments about Kodak #7265 PXR455 16mm 100' Roll Eastman Plus-X Black & White Reversal Film 1-Edge Perforation Camera Spool Winding B:
I used this film in my 16 mm Krasnogorsk camera. It was everything you would imagine it to be. If you are lucky enough (or brave enough) to shoot film, Kodak is one of very few options. I have not used Fuji but I can't imagine them being too different. The colors were rich and the end product was very nice looking.
Of course the downside is the price, but you pay for what you get.

Comments about Kodak #7265 PXR455 16mm 100' Roll Eastman Plus-X Black & White Reversal Film 1-Edge Perforation Camera Spool Winding B:
I found an old 16mm movie camera in my parent's basement and thought I'd get some film for it. This film gave me the quality I was looking for at a fair price. I was shocked at how fast it came in the mail which is always nice.

This is perfect for the Cinematographer on the go! I use a Modified Krasnogorsk-3 that takes 100' Daylight load spools and the 100' 7265 stock comes with its own daylight spool which compliments how my camera is set up. The Image Quality is incredible! I would recommend this Film Stock to any Cinematographer!
