I use these cables in my private home studio. I've bought others that have the plastic moldings which tend to fail over time-completely unacceptable. These patch cables are solid. The metal connectors are great and so is the cable itself- nice and nimble. I dont know if these are user serviceable, but im sure they are. I've been using them for years without a single failure.
They're kind of pricey but its well worth it! No downtime wasted by shipping nonserviceable plastic molded cables any more!
Highly recomended.
