The IK-TF5 one piece camera is ideally designed to capture high resolution color images of high speed machine vision and other industrial and even scientific processes. Image-jitter is eliminated through the use of Progressive Scan CCD's and a high-speed shutter stops rapid movements blur-free. The TF-5 has a Partial Scan mode that can output 180 frames per second.
- 3-CCD Quality
- When image detail, contrast and color are significant to your needs, 3-CCD cameras supply the greatest amount of information for critical analysis. The IK-TF5 uses 3 progressive scanning CCDs for the best video quality available.
- On-Screen Menu Display
- Rather than reading dip-switch diagrams to activate features, the IK-TF5 has a simple to navigate on-screen display with a long list of functions. Since color sensitivity is often critical when images are captured for medical purposes the camera has separate pedestal setting for both red and blue colors. Color Temperature is also selectable for accurate color standard depending on light source. Additionally the trigger function threshold and shutter speed selection up to an amazing 1/100,000 seconds.
- Critical Gain Control
- The IK-TF5 is designed for a wide range of industrial and even scientific applications that are not especially observer friendly. Just for this reason the camera has gain control that will not only raise the overall video level to act more light sensitive it also has negative gain, -3 dB of gain that super saturates colors and raises contrast levels.
- External Trigger Input
- The camera has trigger features that are sensitivity selectable. Low-level is less than 0.4-volts and high-level trigger is activated at 3.4- to 5-volts. The trigger can be activated by a single pulse or 2 pulses selectable each with positive, negative and bandwidth criteria.
