Comments about Edirol / Roland V-4 Four Channel Video Mixer:
Great product and is very simple to use. It is a must have device if you have more then one video source. I am mixing two camera feeds, computer and DVD into our live recordings. T-bar is very sensitive and responsive which is important. You can also rotate the T-bar from vertical to Horizontal position. V4 comes with a lot of effects, about 200 to be precise, PIP, which is great for VJs. Again, it is Easy to use, very comfortable and it doesn't take a lot of room. Recommended for Churches, VJs, and other live production events.
CONS: When you switch the source manually (without using Tbar) it has this really quick glitch which is almost unnoticable, but it's there. But it doesn't bug me much because i use Tbar most of the time anyway.

This is the second unit we purchased for our Church venues. Our volunteers have found it very easy to use for switching between DVD, computer media and live camera feed. The special effects come in handy from time to time, but the transitions are great for our medium sized crowd of around 600.
