This kit has a good deal of adapters in it, some of which are more useful than others, but a couple important ones seem to be conspicuously absent. For instance, there is no adapter allowing you to attach female XLR plug to a female XLR jack (AKA an adapter which is male XLR on both ends), despite there being 2 female/female XLR adapters in the kit.
Also, none of these are labeled, which is not really a problem, except it makes it tough to tell, for instance, which of the female 1/4" to XLR are balanced and which are unbalanced, leaving you to test them and label them on your own.
Overall this is a good product and could be a lifesaver under the right circumstances. It's well worth buying, even if you might need to supplement it with a handful of adapters from other sources.

This kit includes a plethora of useful tools! For all those times I've spent combining 3-5 adapters to get from one connection to another, this kit makes it that much easier.
The kit provides logical adapters as well as logical amounts of each adapter.
If you are an audio visual technician, run sound for your church, or simply like to tinker with things, this audio adapter kit can be VERY useful! The case is pretty weak, but can easily be replaced if necessary.
As both a professional musician and a 10 year veteran of the music industry, I highly recommend this to those who are looking for a versatile, yet inexpensive, multi-adapter solution.

My main use for this is to aquire audio from any source, be it a stadium P.A. system to an IPod and successfuly adapt and send it to my camera. It contains virtually every audio adapter that an event videographer might need.
