Built for the serious location photographer, this case will fit just about any 4x5 camera. The camera rests in a special removable "cradle" which is designed to hold the camera rail securely in place. Compartments on either side can be filled with extra lenses and accessories. There are also additional dividers to cushion smaller sized cameras.
The V4001 is a large case, but it can be shipped with complete confidence. Built with an internal, super lightweight structure of GE Lexan then covered with shock absorbent cell foam with padded touch fastener-compatible tricot. This inner shell, guaranteed for a lifetime, is resilient and remarkably protective. Zippers are YKK's best; self-healing nylon coil integrated with the fabric for strength not just within the zipper's teeth but also where the zipper and cloth meet. The exterior is ballistic nylon, the industry's standard for durability and weatherproofing by which all others are judged.
