Comments about Cavision LH80 Lens Hood:
I looked high and low for a hood to fit my Century Optics Wide Angle Lens with a 80mm outside diamater and this fits perfectly. Well made and I'd buy it again. Thank you B&H.

Comments about Cavision LH80 Lens Hood:
I use the lens hood with a set of repurposed Nikkor lens that all have ring step adaptors to make the outer diameter of the distal end of the lens 80mm. These lenses are used with a Panasonic AF-100 camcorder that has built in neutral density filters. The widest lens is 20mm; no vinetting. This is all I need and I avoid the weight, bulk, and complexity of a matte box.

This is an excellent lens shade for Wide Angle and Tele Extenders on Digital Camera Lenses.

Comments about Cavision LH80 Lens Hood:
I purchased this product to fit a wide angle lens that I bought from B&H. I was getting some glare during shooting outside in bright sunlight.
The lens hood solved the problem. I do have to be careful when pulling back for a wide angle shot, because I can see the corners of the hood in the shot if I pull back all the way.
