This case was purchased for a Quantaray by Sunpak QSX 9502TM tri-monopod. Apparently as a way to keep costs down, they no longer include a carry case with the tripod. So, we needed to find a case that would fit this tripod - was long enough.
This case fits it, with not a lot of room to spare, but you do not have to force it to get it in.
The only really bad part, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the zipper only goes part way down, not the full length. That would have made it even easier to put the tripod in the case.
We have only just bought it, so cannot comment in durability or protection, except that the case is just your basic case, with no padding.
There are also no external pockets.

I think the case is a little bit tight for the 620-770 you have to struggle a little to get it in the bag. There is no padding on this bag at all. The strap is just a strap. It doses not protect the tripod that well if you drop it or are throwing gear on it. It is great for keeping the dust off of the tripod. Again must be careful no padding.

Comments about Sunpak 620-770 Tripod Case:
Came with my tripod purchase for free--a good bag that is sturdy enough to carry the 7575 model tripod by Sunpak, which I consider midrange hefty weight. I use it mainly to store and bring my tripod to fields/parks to stargaze but I never need to carry the tripod further than a 15-30min walk, which I've been satisfied with its performance for.

Only just fits the tripod for which it was made for and you have to definitely work to get it in.

Comments about Sunpak 620-770 Tripod Case:
I purchased my new tripod at a store but it did not come with a case. Since I want to take this tripod with me on vacation I needed to get the correct size case for it. I found this case to be perfect for my needs. I like the handles on it because it makes it easy for me to carry it over my shoulders and not make it feel uncomfortable. This case protects the tripod when I am traveling and when I store it at home.

I have some larger ( > 60") tripods. No complaints. Also takes smaller tripods with an additional monopod. Get this if you need a good photo/video tripod case.

Comments about Sunpak 620-770 Tripod Case:
My tripod fits nice and snug (some would call it tight) into this case and the case makes for easy carrying. The case is made out of strong material that won't rip. There is no padding anywhere and there is only a shoulder strap (opposed to a shoulder strap and a handle) which is probably the only negative things about it. Of course no padding means no extra bulk when carrying the tripod. Overall, a great lightweight way to carry your tripod.
