Custom Brackets CN-JR Anti-Twist Plate for Canon and Nikon Off-Camera Cords
The CN-JR Anti-Twist Plate from Custom Brackets is a mount that is designed to prevent Canon and Nikon off-camera shoe cords from rotating from the mounting screw. This mount locks the cord to the bracket to prevent twisting and has a long screw to compensate for the extra width of the plate.

I use this on the Custom Bracket CB Junior Flash bracket. Without it the upper end of the Nikon SB 29 flash cord swivels and turns the speedlight off center. Very annoying and easily remedied by the CN-JR anti-ttwist attachment. Only 4 Stars because I think CB could incorporate it into the bracket itself and not require an additional expenditure.

An absolute must for the CB Junior bracket.
Allows flash to be mounted quickly and securely.
Only con was understanding assembly manual. Used picture to mount to bracket arm.
Might help if product description mentioned that it keeps flash from turning.
I actually thought it kept my wires from twisting.
Either way, you need to get it.

You set it up and then you forget about it. You never have to worry about which way you flash is facing. Without it, the 580EX attached to the Canon flash cord will move.
